For our English speaking Readers & Comments
Some of our Readers asked me to write my Blog in English. Due to the fact that the majority of our Readers are German speaking People it would be necessary to write every Post in both Languages. To be honest - this would be to time-consuming. In addition the Blog Co Autor "Sauti" would continue to write his posts in German.
But now it seems that I have found a workaround solution. A Member of the International Cigar Club has posted the following advice:
I searched montehiba in google the blog was the first thing to pop up and it asked if I would like to translate to english and its a pretty good translation and a great read.
Hopefully that adivce is helpful for all our English speaking Readers and it makes even more fun to read our Blog.
EDIT 20.01.2011
I am additional more than happy to answer your questions or to send you a "handmade" translation for interesting parts. Just leave a comment! Please keep in mind that every comment needs, due to some spam Issues, my approval. There could be a delay but on the other side you could leave data/comments which are not intended for the public e.g. your email - in that case I would not publish the comment.

Partagas Factory - Hiring Freeze
http://www.independent.co.uk/opinion/commentators/alice-jones-high-rollers-and-the-fate-of-fat-cigars-1663413.html
Der dritte Absatz ist am interessantesten:
"The factory is no longer recruiting and has further sacked 15 per cent of its staff, thanks to a spectacular fall in demand. Those remaining are no longer allowed to produce over their quotas to earn a little extra. Once they have reached their target – for the highest rollers, up to 120 deftly hand-made cigars a day – they are sent home. "
